1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) account on the 667pub Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. 667pub reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to forfeit any balances held therein.

3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate, current, and complete. 667pub reserves the right to suspend or close accounts where inaccurate or misleading information has been provided.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC). 667pub is required to verify the identity of its account holders in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to provide such documentation as 667pub may reasonably request for the purposes of identity verification, including but not limited to a government-issued photo identification card and proof of address. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or account access.

3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 667pub login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify 667pub immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account. 667pub will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 667pub accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at 667pub's discretion. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change without prior notice.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification. GCash withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically processed within 5–15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days. 667pub reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.

4.4 Source of Funds. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your 667pub account are from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity. 667pub reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities.

4.5 Dormant Accounts. Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 667pub reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its then-current dormant account policy.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General. 667pub may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered account holders from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to each offer, which are published on the relevant promotion page.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.3 Abuse. 667pub reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or promotional benefit where it reasonably suspects that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or exploitation of software errors.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

6.2 Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction or error affecting a game, 667pub reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the applicable wager. 667pub shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Engage in any form of collusion, cheating, or fraudulent activity;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software;
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud;
• Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information to 667pub;
• Attempt to access another user's account without authorization;
• Engage in any conduct that disrupts or interferes with the normal operation of the Platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 667pub Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements, is the property of 667pub or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of 667pub.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 667pub, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

9.2 667pub's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 667pub account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 667pub's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

10.1 667pub reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.

10.2 You may close your 667pub account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

10.3 Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 667pub reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in the account.
